Everyone of us has suffered from dry hair many times in our life, for some people it comes and goes and for others they suffer from it year around. Dry hair can cause problems from dandruff to split ends and everything in between. If you have dry hair and use heat tool and chemicals treatment it just makes your problem worse, so what can you do?

There are a few things you can do to naturally and safely treat dry hair, without exposing yourself to harmful chemicals. One thing you can do is look for sulfate free shampoo and conditioner, this will help moisturize hair with adding any harsh surfactants that can be harmful and strip hair of its natural oils.

Another thing you can do is find a deep treatment that will coat the hair and lock in moisture. This is great to use every few weeks to help keep hair healthy. One thing I strongly suggest is oils. There are many different oils you can use one your hair anything from emu, jojoba or even aragan also know as moroccan oil. Having used all of these is strong recommend the argan oil. It is easy to use makes my hair super soft and keeps it hydrated, while cutting my drying time in half.

Here is how I use my argan oil, I take a shower every morning, when I get out of the shower I towel dry my hair like normal and put a few pumps of the argan oil in my hand and massage it into my hair from root to tip. Then I wrap my head in a towel and get dressed and put on my makeup which usually takes about 30-45 min. Then I take the towel off my head and blow dry my hair and use a flat iron on it. My hair comes out so soft and shiny after the oil treatment it looks like I just left the salon.

In closing I highly recommend natural herbs and treatments opposed to chemical ones. I have found many oils that work well but argan oil stands so high above the crowd there is no other competition in site.
